A medium to strong massage with a soothing oil is being used along with a dried bamboo stick as to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.

Thumb & bamboo pressures are applied against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbed in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. It also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time.

* For each massage session, 5 minutes extra are set-aside to your session for you to unwind and enjoy a warm foot bath and a soothing ginger herbal drink.
